Ugaroll Fine Rollecs began in 2015 with the idea to create a rollecs that would provide the average Ugandan a meal at the price of a dollar( about 3,500/-). The very first rollecs was made by Chris Nyesigire( Ntinda based branch proprietor and later, Norbert K. Barigye(Nakawa based branch proprietor) joined the rollecs movement to grow the overall product and preposition.

The very first Ugaroll branded rollecs was made in August 2016 and it was made in 2016 and it was a cleaner, tastier and healthier alternative to the street rollecs. Going for only 3,500/-, the market was ripe especially in a student dominated location. Other rollecs were rolled out like;

  • Hawaiian
  • Beefy Strip rollecs / Crusty Beef
  • BBQ Grill Chicken / Sweet & Sour Chicken
  • Special Chicken George
  • Veggie Island ( vegan option)
were all rolled out.

At Ugaroll, we are proudly Ugandan. All we make is geared towards supporting the cause of  Ugandan foods, culture and positioning. All our rollecs are made with homegrown ingredients and we support local farms 100% since we use their produce in all the rollecs we create.Ugaroll’s rollecs are targeted at providing a filling yet healthy meal to everyone that tastes it. The rollecs provide a balance of carefully well blended spicings with Ugandan roots. Other additions made are to help in appetizing and in providing an all round mouthwatering taste.
